- Chili Con Carne: A riff off the Serious Eats monstrosity. Toasted the dried peppers and made a paste, but didn’t use the multitude of umami bombs and omited the beans. It was quite spicy but kids liked it.
- Ooni Pizzas using the Ooni Pizza dough recipe. Dough was a bit tight, need more water and time to rise I think.
